Virtual Home Fitness has seen a high volume of interest and usage for fitness and wellbeing classes.
Virtual fitness is an ongoing trend of delivering physical training sessions in groups through online channels.
These training sessions are beneficial for people who face difficulty in physically attending classes and allow them to take part in a class in the comfort of their own home, away on holiday or at their workplace.
Virtual Fitness Pilates
Enjoy Fitness Training Pilates classes from the comfort of your own home. Even though we’re not together in the studio, classes are easy to follow. I am able to see all members of the class and give verbal corrections and clear spoken cues so you will receive individual attention and get the best Pilates experience. Virtual Personal TrainingIf you need a personalised approach to your training or struggle to work out on your own, this is a great option.
Maybe you want to work towards a target or specific event, or perhaps you just need some structure and guidance. Training is tailored towards your goals and situation, so you don’t need specific equipment, just some space and a device (e.g. laptop or tablet).

I have been going to Steve's Pilates classes for over 10 years. Since moving to Watlington two years ago, I have still continued to drive to one class a week (45 mile round trip). The move to virtual has been a huge bonus to me as I can now attend more sessions and only need to commute to my living room. Steve's virtual classes are still as engaging as the studio sessions. He gives very clear instructions and constantly watches participants to make sure we are doing the exercises properly. Long may they continue

I have been doing virtual Pilates classes with Steve since lockdown having been with him in the studio for the last year or so. Virtual is never going to be quite as good as real life but Steve has kept the classes small and he knows everyone there and maintains the rapport we had in the studio. The classes (both real life and more importantly virtual) are both fun and challenging and Steve is always aware of any individual's physical issues and offers variations of the exercises where necessary. I highly recommend his virtual Pilates!

I would normally train in Steve's fitness studio and didn’t want to lose the fitness and strength as lockdown came in. I have really enjoyed the virtual personal training sessions via the virtual platform so much! It has kept me within a routine and I haven't suffered from the lockdown belly ;-)
The sessions helped with my child’s home schooling without the worry of travelling and still getting the best out of my training. I will be continuing even when I’m able to return to the studio.
