Fitness Training - Fitness Pilates
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness. Pilates has become increasingly popular as a low impact exercise that aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
Fitness Pilates classes involve a variety of exercises – all are slow, controlled movements with options provided for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Some exercises involve specific equipment, all of which is provided. Here at Fitness Training I run a series of Mat based Pilates classes in the studio as well as 1-1 sessions.

I'm loving my Thursday morning class. I wondered how the virtual world would compare to the studio experience - it's great thanks to Steve's creativity.

I have been attending Steve’s Pilates classes for some years now. The classes are always challenging but great fun, which helps to encourage you.
