The Fitness Training Company Ltd was founded by company director Steve Dowse in 2004 and has expanded to offer a full range of services, from one-to-one personal training to the management of corporate gyms and fitness programmes.
Steve has a natural passion for helping people reach and exceed their goals. He appoints every team member personally and ensures all trainers offer the same level of dedication and expertise.
Due to COVID-19, Steve now coaches virtual online 1-1 and group classes as well as gym and studio sessions so clients have the flexibility to train in their chosen environment while still getting the best from their training.
Steve has a B.A. Hons in Sports Management and holds advanced qualifications in Personal Training (Level 3), Pilates (Level 3), Boxercise and Core Conditioning.
He also has specialist qualifications in Golf Performance, Nutritional Therapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Steve has always been passionate about sport from his starting point as a semi-pro footballer through to cross training, running, triathlon and Ironman.
This broad range of experience makes him one of the most flexible and capable trainers in the UK.
